Anatomy and Physiology

Hi Class,

For the most part, good work on the respiration lab in the weight room last block. I really appreciate the effort that those of you who had PE strip and completed all of the activities (stairs and sprints included) made! If you didn't finish, the respiration lab is due at the beginning of next class.

We will be back in the classroom on Friday. Our topic will be principles of training.

Here's a little trivia challenge... Today in class we talked about the FIT principle (frequency, intensity, time). Sometimes this acronym has an extra T... F.I.T.T. Be the first person to reply to this post (with a decent explanation) and earn yourself a bonus mark for your Term 2 mid-term.
